What is DBS Checked?
At Get-Tutored, your child’s safety and well-being always come first. That’s why every tutor we work with is fully DBS-checked in the UK. The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) is the official UK government body that carries out criminal record and safeguarding checks on individuals working with children and young people. A DBS check confirms whether someone has a clear record and is safe to work in education.
Even though our tutors are based in the UK, these checks are widely recognised worldwide, including in the UAE, giving parents complete peace of mind. By combining rigorous safeguarding with high-quality teaching, we create a safe and trusted online learning environment for every student.

You can have three degrees in Physics, but that doesn't mean you'll be good at explaining it at GCSE level!
